T-Cube Signs accepts major credit cards. T-Cube Signs is not an on-line shopping company. We work with our customers to provide them the solution they require. Since, we work individually with each of our customers, hence we do not offer a shopping cart environment on our website.

Please complete the form under "Contact Us" or under "Quote" section of the website to let us know what your needs are. Our friendly staff will work with you to provide you the quote. When you are ready to order, just email us confirming your order. You will receive an invoice from us in your email. Once the payment is completed, your order will be confirmed. Please make sure that you receive a order confirmation email from us within 24 hours after the payment has been made. In case, you do not receive this email then please contact us via email at support@t-cubesigns.com.

T-Cube Signs can also bill the customers once the customer's credit is established with us. In such a case, the payment terms are Net 30 on orders under $800. For all orders over $800, we require an advance of 75% at the time of placing an order and the remaining 25% is due on delivery of the order. For orders over $2000, we require full payment at the time of placing an order.

If you are placing an order for the first time with T-Cube Signs and do not already have an account with us, a full payment will be required before the order is processed.

Please note that our quotes may not contain the amount for shipping and handling and the sales tax charges. The sales tax is applicable to all orders for California and Texas. Most of our shipment is either by USPS or UPS. These charges will be applied to the invoice.

In case the payment is not received as per the terms, a 15% finance charge will be applied 10 days after the terms period to the total of the invoice and this will be the amount due. If the payment is not received after 30 days of the terms period, a collection agency will be contacted and all the expenses (direct and indirect) related to collecting the amount will become the responsibility of the party from whom the money is collected. $25 will be charged from the customer for all returned checks.

T-Cube Signs does not offer warranty of any kind, implied or expressed. Since we work with individual companies to furnish their orders as per their specifications, hence all orders are considered customized. All sales will be considered final. Returns and refunds on any product or service is not permitted as all sales are FINAL. Once the order is placed, cancellation is not permitted. In any of these situations, the customer will be fully liable to pay the complete amount due.
